I got great value for my money at this hotel, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, and the staff treated me with kindness and accommodated my requests.
The breakfast could be improved by providing some guidelines to guests on portion sizes to avoid wasting food.

I was delighted with the elegant decor of the hotel and its beautiful common areas. The hotel had a classic and sophisticated style that made me feel like I was staying in a grand palace. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to move around comfortably. The staff was always attentive and helped me with my bags, ensuring that my stay was hassle-free.
The only thing I would ask for is a better selection of activities and amenities specifically tailored for senior guests. While the children working there were always polite and helpful, it would have been nice to have more options for relaxation and entertainment suitable for older individuals.

The hotel is situated in a great location, walking distance from the main attractions. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view. the staff was the best part of the hotel experience, always making sure we were comfortable and happy. They even offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch.
The breakfast selection was very limited and could use more variety. the housekeeping could be improved as we found some toiletries were not refilled.

Our accommodation is conveniently located near the city center, so we can easily reach the genocide museum and nearby cafes and restaurants. the room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with fresh toiletries and daily housekeeping. the rooftop view is breathtaking, and we have access to a gym, sauna, and jacuzzi.
The inconsiderate behavior of some guests, particularly leaving food on their plates and smoking in smoke-free areas, can ruin the pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, willing to assist guests with any questions or requests they had. the rooftop pool was a highlight of our stay, offering beautiful views and a refreshing place to cool off on hot days.
We did have some issues with language barriers when trying to arrange airport transfers and communicating about room reservations. we found that some guests at breakfast were wasteful, leaving much food left uneaten.
